Can I take the photos on my phone?
Yes, if the photos give us enough clear views of the property. We can guide you on framing, lighting, and which rooms to capture. We’ll review the images first and flag any missing or unsuitable shots before production.
How quickly will I get the video?
Tell us your deadline when you get in touch. We aim for a same-day or next-business-day first edit once the photos are accepted, with timing confirmed for your project before work begins.
Is this an interactive Zillow or 3D tour?
This package creates a finished video that viewers watch. An interactive tour that buyers click through is a separate service. If you’re interested in putting interactive tours on your own website, let’s discuss it as a separate project.
What should I send with the photos?
The address, features you want highlighted, music preference, and desired delivery date. For branded versions, include your logo and preferred contact information. Please send original image files you have permission to use rather than screenshots.
How is AI used in the films?
AI adds camera movement to supplied photos, and we assemble and review the finished film. Generated views can interpret areas outside a photo, so you’ll review the property details before publishing. These are marketing films, not measured representations of the home.
